REFUND & FLAW POLICY

Refunds WILL be given if there is an error in your order, such as receiving the incorrect fabric/amount of fabric (will be checked against your order history). Multiple flaws per yard of fabric qualify for a refund.

Refunds WILL NOT be given on pre-orders simply due to wait time (timelines are clearly stated prior to ordering). Fabric is guaranteed to be 56” wide (54” for woven cotton), anything over that is considered extra. Any flaws that are found outside of this 56” width (54” for woven cotton) will not be considered for refunds. Small flaws on fabric are not uncommon and we do our absolute best to ensure we cut out all flaws. A single flaw of 1 square inch per yard of fabric will not be eligible for a refund. Color variation is also not uncommon (up to 5-10% from the strike off) and is not considered a flaw. Flaws must be brought to the attention of an admin within 10 business days of receiving your fabric.

LAYAWAY
For orders $100+ (before shipping & taxes), 50% is paid at time of order and the rest must be paid in full within 4 weeks. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If the balance is not paid in full, the order will be cancelled and a 50% non-refundable fee will incur.
